How’s businesS? Business is very steady, but we welcome those in need of our help.
One thing you wish everyone knew about your business: Local service. I’m the only guy in town who focuses mainly on computer and networking repairs. I specialize in small business and home computers, and I guarantee my repairs to be right the first time.
Something you offer that a customer won’t find elsewhere: I’m a friendly guy; I’ll always make time for each customer and put them first. I have very reasonable prices compared to the other guys. I’ve been in business for more than 15 years, so you can trust me with your computer and expect prompt, reliable service.
Advice to young entrepreneurs: Take care of your customers — without them you won’t have a business. I think more people need to get back to the basics of down-home customer service.
Your first job: Convenience store clerk
Your role model (in business or in life generally): John Wayne; He always did the right thing
The key to a successful business is: Honesty and fairness go a long way. It’s all about putting the customer first.
