V. Keith Johnson
CARRSVILLE—Vernon Keith Johnson, 77, died May 2, 2009, at Sentara Obici Hospital.
He was a lifelong resident of Isle of Wight County and was a retired insurance agent for Home Beneficial Life Insurance Company.
Mr. Johnson was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of Holland Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Pauline W. Johnson; and three sisters, Nannie Mae Harrell, Dorothy Boykins and Oneil Gallup.
A graveside service was conducted Tuesday at Colosse Cemetery with the Rev. Robert Bunn officiating.
Wright Funeral Home assisted the family.
