Joyce A. Vaughan
AHOSKIE, N.C.—Joyce Ann Vaughan, 54, died April 17, 2009, at her residence.
A native of Hertford County, she was a member of St. John Second Baptist Church.
She was employed with Hertford County Schools and Duck Thru.
Survivors include her mother, Shirley Wesley of Ahoskie, N.C.; and two sisters, Queenie Ferguson of Woodland, N.C. and Lynette Mitchell of Murfreesboro, N.C.
Funeral services were held Saturday at St. John Second Baptist Church by the Rev. Stanley Mitchell.
Burial was in Hillcrest Cemetery.
Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, handled the arrangements.
