W. Dan Harrell
SUFFOLK—W. Dan Harrell, 54, died Feb. 25, 2009.
He was predeceased by his parents, Sarah Ellis Harrell and Lonnie Whidbee Harrell Jr.; and sister, Priscilla H. Arthur.
Mr. Harrell attended Somerton United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his devoted companion, Dorothy A. Howell of Suffolk; daughters, Brandy Bridgers of Franklin, Jaime L. Daughtrey and husband Jeremy of Suffolk; sons, Mark Howell of Lynchburg, Kevin Howell of Suffolk; stepdaughters, Tara McCaw and Wanda Dickey, both of Suffolk; one grandchild on the way; and brother-in-law, Leroy W. Arthur of Windsor.
A funeral was held Saturday at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory with the Rev. Becky Gwaltney officiating.
Burial followed in Holland Cemetery.
