How’s business? Business is steady. During the peak hot and cold days, it usually gets busier than normal. We proudly serve our existing customers and are always ready to serve new ones.

One thing you wish everyone knew about your business: We are a family owned and operated business. We treat our employees like family. All of our employees are randomly drug tested, given background checks and have Department of Motor Vehicles driving records checks. They are up-to-date on current changes in the industry and technology related to HVAC. They are all NATE certified and CPR certified. We want our customers to feel safe about who they are letting into their home. We also try to survey 100 percent of our customers on their service/installation experience so that we can constantly improve our services.

Something that you offer that a customer won’t find elsewhere: We pride ourselves on offering quality equipment at affordable prices (American Standard). Our equipment has the best warranties on the market. We also offer financing to assist our customers in securing the best home comfort solutions for their families needs.

Advice to young entrepreneurs: Choose a career path that is fun and rewarding to them. Always treat people with respect as you would like to be treated. Speak the truth and always maintain your integrity.

Your first job: I was a sonar technician in the U.S. Navy stationed in Norfolk.

Your role model (in business or in life generally): My wife and life partner, Theresa.

The key to a successful business is: My business was started in 1994 by word-of -mouth. You need to offer the highest quality of products and services, understand your customers needs and be committed to their satisfaction.
