The “Where We Work” section of The Tidewater News recently featured the Franklin Bowling Center and new owner Kathleen Perry. Franklin is fortunate to have this 32-lane facility in our town.

Furthermore, the improvements Kathleen has made are particularly noteworthy, including resurfacing of the lanes and the redecorating and painting of the restaurant. Regarding the restaurant, there are absolutely no disappointments.

There is a full-service bar. Friday nights are a blast with DJ Tim and karaoke. I think it is important to keep hard-earned dollars in Franklin and support businesses like this that truly bring something special to our community.
