Franklin residents braved chilly temperatures to celebrate the season during the annual Christmas parade on Saturday. “I was very pleased with the turnout,” said Frank Davis, who organized the festivities. “I think the parade does so much for Franklin.” Davis said he was worried that most people would head to Salem to watch the Broncos win the state championship. There were 45 entries in the parade, a grand feat considering the parade almost didn’t happen this year. “Everyone was a winner,” Davis said.
