To the Editor:

I just wanted to give a great big thank you to the Downtown Franklin Association and all of the businesses that participated in the trick-or-treating event on Friday. It is a wonderful and safe place for the kids to go trick-or-treating. This is the fourth year we have come downtown on Halloween, and it is great to see such a huge turn-out of costumed kids (and adults, too).
