FRANKLIN — Police say that an elderly woman who was reported missing has been found unharmed in Portsmouth.

Helen Frances Blow, 68, was located in Portsmouth by one of that city’s police officers on Saturday, according to Lt. Tim Whitt of the Franklin police department.

Authorities in Portsmouth reported that Blow appeared to be in good condition and did not require medical attention, Whitt said, adding that Social Services was contacted and made aware of her location.

Blow was first reported missing by Social Services on Oct. 4.
