Windsor blanks Arcadia

R.J. Edwards rushed for 129 yards on seven carries and scored four touchdowns to lead Windsor to a 33-0 win over Arcadia in non-district action Friday night.
After a scoreless first quarter, the Dukes, 5-1, opened the scoring with nine minutes to play in the half on Edwards’ 17-yard touchdown run. Edwards scored again from 5 yards out with 5:25 to go in the half.
With 2:59 to play in the half, quarterback Kwamane Harris, who rushed for 125 yards on nine carries, burst through for a 40-yard touchdown run and the Dukes led 21-0.
Edwards struck again with 4:03 to play in the third. This time he bolted 55 yards for the score and a 27-0 lead.
Edwards scored his last touchdown with 8:37 to play on a 25-yard run.
Windsor amassed 360 yards on offense and held Arcadia to 201. C.J. Little and John Speight had interceptions.
The Dukes host Charles City on homecoming Friday.
