Darrin M. Clark
SURRY—Darrin M. Clark, 30, died Sept. 20, 2008.
Mr. Clark was the youngest child of Felton G. Clark Sr. and Irene C. Clark of Surry.
He was a lifelong resident of Surry County and graduated from Surry County High School.
Survivors include his loving parents, Felton G. Clark Sr. and Irene C. Clark of Surry, and 14 older siblings (eight sisters and six brothers), Hazel M. Clark of Smithfield; Felton G. Clark Jr. (Virginia) of Newport News; Steve M. Clark of Dinwiddie; Irene V. Brumley of Ahoskie, N.C.; Mable A. Pittman of Capron; Marianne J. Armstrong of Hampton; Orron M. Clark (Lavern) of Smithfield; Karl S. Clark of Suffolk; Linda A. Clark of Surry; Jeannie Q. Burr (Jerry) of Williamsburg; Quintus C. Clark (Jacqueline) of Windsor; Daniel K. Clark of Surry; Scherry M. Clark of Surry; June A. Clark, Williamsburg; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A celebration of his life was held Thursday at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, 14165 Racetrack Rd., Ivor, with the Rev. P. D. Wells officiating.
A private burial followed on the family’s property.
Pretlow and Chapman Funeral Home, Smithfield, was in charge of arrangements.
