Madge H. Jenkins
CONWAY, N.C.—Madge Hodge Jenkins, 93, died Sept. 11, 2008, at Rich Square Health Care Center in Rich Square, N.C.
She had been preceded in death by her husband, Ellis Jenkins.
A native of Northampton County, she had worked with Pine Forest Rest Home in Potecasi, N.C., as the activities coordinator and had been a member of Potecasi Baptist Church and the Senior XYZ Club.
Survivors include a son, David Hodges Jenkins and wife Nancy of Milwaukee, N.C.; two grandsons, David Ellis Jenkins and wife Heidi of Murfreesboro, N.C. and Jason Lee Jenkins of Conway; and one great-grandson, Zachary Jenkins of Murfreesboro.
Graveside services was held Saturday in Potecasi Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Gene Asbill presiding.
Bridgers Funeral Home Inc. in Conway was in charge of arrangements.
