Your role model (in business or in life generally): I’ve had many. I come from a family with strong work ethics. My dad died when I was 2 1/2 years old, so my mother had a tremendous influence on me. Although she didn’t work outside of the home, she was indeed a hard-working lady. She taught by words and example the satisfaction of accomplishment that follows a job well done.

The key to a successful business is: Take care of your clientele and provide quality service. Treat customers as you would want to be treated.
