Ernest C. Briley
PORTSMOUTH—Ernest Charles Briley, 68, died Sept. 4, 2008.
Mr. Briley was a native of Portsmouth, a member of River Shore Baptist Church and a truck driver.
He was predeceased by his parents, Alma and Charles Briley.
Survivors include his daughter, Darlene Chase; brother, Wayne F. Briley and wife Zora of Franklin; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral was held Monday in Loving Funeral Home, Churchland Chapel, by the Revs. John Robertson and Greg Kitts.
Burial was in Olive Branch Cemetery.
