PORTSMOUTH—Dorothy Rebecca Deloatch, 94, of the 3500 block of Winchester Drive, died Sept. 1, 2008.
A funeral was held Friday in East End Baptist Church, Suffolk.
Elvin Vaughan Funeral Home, Franklin, was in charge of arrangements.
