COMO, N.C.—Mark Myrick, 61, a native of Hertford County, died Aug. 22, 2008, at Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie, N.C.

Survivors include his daughter, Connie Bowser of Como; his sister, Edna Carter of Washington, N.C.; and three grandchildren.

Mr. Myrick was retired from Severn Peanut Company.

Services are incomplete. Hunter’s Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
