WINDSOR—Hettie H. Stephens, 97, died June 24, 2008.

She was a member of Chapel Grove United Church of Christ.

Mrs. Stephens was also a member of Daughters of Elks.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Ossie Hall and George Stephens.

Survivors include a sister, Savilla E. Harrison; grandchildren, Minister Roy A. Stokes, O. Stanley Stokes, Elisha Stokes and C. Gale Lewis.

A funeral service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Sunday at Chapel Grove United Church of Christ by the Rev. H. Carlyle Church Jr.

Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Viewing was to be from 3 to 7 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home and on Sunday at the church one hour prior to the service.
