RICHMOND—Beverly Dianne Grant-Walker, born Jan. 2, 1957, to the late Tessie W. Grant and the late Viola M. Grant of

Boykins, died June 22, 2008.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory a devoted and caring husband, Gregory Walker; two loving daughters, Nikima Ntabazi (Judas) and Jasmine Walker; a dearly devoted sister, Suzette Thomas (Barry); three loving grandchildren, Nylan, Jael, and Jakyah Ntabazi; four loving nieces, Chavonne Thomas, Brittany Jenifer, Aniya Gee, and Jailah Thomas; one nephew, Barry Thomas; three best friends, Freda Peterson, Helen Walker, and Yvette Dane; three devoted friends, Fannie Faltz, Geneva Everette, and Willie Glenn; and a host of relatives and friends.

We don’t want to forget her favorite pet dog, Remix, who she loved dearly.

She is loved by us all and will be greatly missed.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday at 2 p.m., at Nelsen Funeral Home and Crematory, 4650 S. Laburnum Avenue, Richmond.

A cookout will be held in her honor at her home on July 19 at 3 p.m.
