MURFREESBORO, N.C.—Randolph Nichols Sr., 67, died May 28, 2008, at his residence.

Survivors include one son, Randolph Nichols Jr. of Murfreesboro; three brothers, John Nichols

Jr. of Murfreesboro, Ralph Nichols of Conway, N.C. and Raymond Nichols of Dayton, Ohio; four sisters, Lois Boone and Mary Smallwood, both of Conway and JoAnn Phillips and Cornelia Byrd, both of Baltimore, Md.

A funeral was conducted Sunday at Zoar Missionary Baptist Church by the Rev. William Denson Jr.

Burial was in the Nichols family Cemetery, Seaboard, N.C.

Reynolds Funeral Home Inc., Ahoskie, was in charge of arrangements.
