FRANKLIN— Sarah Elizabeth Gregory of Franklin and Jay Kenneth Williams of Windsor are happy to announce their engagement.

Gregory is the daughter of Terry C. Gregory and Linda C. Gregory.

Williams is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jesse R. Williams.

She is an independent insurance agent representing AFLAC.

He is co-owner of Windsor Woodworking Co.

The wedding ceremony will be held in Suffolk on Sept. 20.
