SEDLEY—Raleigh Fields, 71, of the 13500 block of Ivor Road, died May 11, 2008, in Autumn Care Nursing Home.

Mr. Fields was a native of Southampton County.

He was the son of the late Linwood Fields and Mary Ann Scott Fields.

He was also preceded in death by a sister, Mary Ann Joyner.

Survivors include one sister, Isabella L. Warren.

A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. today at Vaughan Funeral Chapel with Minister Donnie Whitfield officiating.

Burial will be held in Mount Carmel Cemetery, Sedley.

Vaughan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
