FRANKLIN—Joseph R. Elder and Joette M. Madill were married April 12 at Fred and Joyce Rabil’s residence.

The flower girl, Michelle Edwards of Franklin, wife of Tony Edwards and John Miller and wife Tamie were present.

The reception immediately followed at Rick and Stephanie Cohen’s of Zuni.
