FRANKLIN—Joshua “Josh” L. Willis, 19, of Yeidee Street, suddenly died April 16, 2008.

He was a member of Diamond Grove Baptist Church where he served on the Junior Usher Board and the Junior Choir.

A 12th grade student at Franklin High School, “Josh” was a valuable member of the football team as well as, the basketball team.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Curtis Taylor.

Survivors include his mother, Linda B. Willis; two brothers, Aureallius Willis (Charlene) of

Virginia Beach, Andr/ Brown of Newport News; his grandfather, John Lee Willis of

Franklin; aunt, Patricia Lawyer of Franklin; uncles, great-aunts, great-uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

A service celebrating his life was held Tuesday at Apostolic Faith Church of God, Oak Street, Franklin, where Elder Ronnie Warren is pastor; the Rev. D.S. Riddick will deliver the eulogy.

Committal and benediction was in Diamond Grove Church Cemetery.

Wm. M. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home, Inc., 224 South Main Street, Franklin, was in charge of arrangements.
