To the Editor:

While I am not a resident of Franklin, I do wish to share with your readers Dan Hoctor’s involvement with Rotary International.

Dan, who is running for the Franklin City Council in Ward 1, is a member of the Rotary Club of Franklin, and during the past two years has served as an assistant governor for our Rotary district.

The motto of Rotary is &uot;Service Above Self.&uot; Dan has played an active role in assisting our clubs and Rotarians in their efforts to help those less fortunate in our communities.
