In this exclusive video clip, Barry Steinberg describes the Navy’s need for a place to train pilots to land on aircraft carriers. Steinberg, a Washington, D.C., attorney, is representing Southampton, Sussex, Surry and Greensville counties during the Navy’s two-year study of the potential environmental impacts of an outlying landing field. He said construction of an OLF would not solve the Navy’s encroachment problems at Oceana Naval Air Station.
