PHOENIXVILLE, Pa.—The Rev. and Mrs. David C. McCabe of Phoenixville, Pa., announce the engagement of their daughter Tiffany Kristen McCabe to Joseph Wayne Carr, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne L. Carr of Zuni.

The wedding is planned for July 19 in Franklin.

McCabe is a 2000 graduate of Slippery Rock Area High School, Slippery Rock, Pa., and a 2004 graduate of Sweet Briar College, Sweet Briar, Va.

She is currently employed as a music teacher for Southampton County Public Schools.

Carr graduated from Southampton County High School in 2001, from James Madison University in 2005 and from the Virginia State Police Academy in 2007.

He currently serves as a Trooper with the Virginia State Police.
