Mr. and Mrs. Tom Stewart announce the engagement of their daughter, Spring Marie Whitley, to Gillette Thomas Bryant III, son of Carolyn H. Bryant and the late Gillette Thomas Bryant Jr.

Whitley is employed by Lakeview Medical Center.

Bryant is the owner of Nottoway Wildlife Control.

The wedding will be held Sept. 27 at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Newit Cabell, 12347 Wakefield.
