To the Editor:

I received a recent e-mail advising one to place car keys next to bed at night so if there is a break in or health problem you can activate your car horn to attract attention. So I took the keys all the way to our back bedroom and tried it. It worked, to my surprise.

Later that night my door ball rang and it was a State Policeman advising me that my trunk lid was

open so I explained that

I must have inadvertently pushed the trunk button also.

I appreciated his vigilance and thanked him greatly. I failed to get his name so I

hope he reads this letter to know how much

this meant to me. We all learned something.
