BAYTOWN, Texas—Nickit Lee Jackson was born May 7, 1946, in Hastings, Fla., he died Nov. 22, 2007.

Mr. Jackson lived in Baytown for the past five years.

He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Jackson; brother, Richard Bailey; and grandmother, Viola Holloway.

Survivors include his wife, Theresa Lewis Jackson of Baytown; mother, Rachel Dixon of Smithfield; son, Nickit Lee Evans and daughter, Kimberly Holmes, both of Hampton; brothers, Frank L. Jackson of Smithfield and Willie L. Jackson and wife Mary; and sisters, Viola Jackson, Rachel J. Jackson, all of Hampton; two stepdaughters of Baytown, Texas; 12 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Mount Calvary Baptist Church, Baytown.

Arrangements were handled by Frazier Funeral Home, Baytown.
