SUFFOLK—Samuel “Scott” Wiggins, 44, died Nov. 21, 2007, in Elizabeth City, N.C.

A native of Portsmouth, he was a truck driving instructor for Werner Enterprises.

Survivors include his mother, Harriet Bagnal “JoAnn” Wiggins of Suffolk; three sisters, Lynn Larock of Carrsville, Mary Jo Wiggins of Portsmouth and Tammy Wiggins of Suffolk; three nieces, Jennifer Clifton, Elizabeth Osborn and Sherri Wilson; a great-niece, Micah Clifton; and a beloved aunt, Phyllis Fary.

Mr. Wiggins was predeceased by his father, Sidney Carter Wiggins.

A memorial service was held Saturday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Bennetts Creek Chapel, by pastor and dear friend, the Rev. Tracy L. Clayton.
