DREWRYVILLE—Bertram Arthur Graham, 71, died Nov. 6, 2007.

He was born in Ovid, N.Y., a son of the late John and Agnes Spencer Graham.

Mr. Graham was a retired

U.S. Navy CPO with 26 years service during the Vietnam era and a retired welder with the Norfolk Naval Shipyard.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia Rosekrans Graham; five children; and two step-sons, Edwin Krampitz Jr. of Drewryville and Carl Krampitz of Lebanon, Pa.
