To the Editor:

Thank you for letting the community know about Jennifer Bernocco’s dismissal from the Historic Preservation Board. I live across the street from the Bernoccos and consider them a tremendous asset to the community.

Jennifer is feisty and holds strong opinions.

But she’s willing to do the legwork to find resources for historical districts and to educate the community about tax breaks, etc.

If I know Jennifer, she won’t let this slow her down in her quest to make Franklin hold on to its history and architectural beauty.

We need more like her.
