SUFFOLK—Annie Maud Holloway, of the 2300 block of Godwin Blvd., died Oct. 27, 2007, at Sentara Obici Hospital.

She was born in Isle of Wight County and was the daughter of the late Richard Clark Sr. and Allie Jane Newby Clark.

She was a member of Mission of Deliverance COGIC of Ivor and was Mother of the Church and a member of the Missionary ministry.

She was a former member of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, Ivor.

Survivors include her devoted husband, Bennie Holloway of Suffolk; four daughters, Annette Darden (Stanley) of Smithfield, Vera Jordan (Charles Sr.) of Portsmouth, Joyce Wilson (Jeffery) of Newport News, and Celestine Parker of Suffolk; five sons, Wayne Holloway of Norfolk, Bennie Holloway, Jr. of Suffolk, Larry Holloway (Cathy) of Suffolk, Bobby Holloway (Elaine) of Greenville, N.C., and Jerome Holloway (Laura) of Norfolk; four sisters, Violet Savage of Dendron, Alma Hill of Surry, Marvin Fisher (Decatur) of Ivor, and Uteria Hardy of Spring Grove; three brothers, Richard Clark, Jr. (Dorothy) of Wakefield, Pernell Clark of Dendron, and George Clark (Thelma) of Smithfield; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one aunt, Evelyn Rawling of Philadelphia, Pa.; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Mission of Deliverance COGIC, Ivor, by Apostle Bobby Holloway.

Interment will be in Mt. Sinai Baptist Church Cemetery, Ivor. A Christian Wake Service will be held today from 7 to 8 p.m. at Crocker Funeral Home, Suffolk. The family will be at 2388 Godwin Blvd., Suffolk.
