To the Editor:

I have been a client of Attorney Richard L. Francis for a number of years and have been impressed by his knowledge of the laws of our commonwealth and his diligence in researching the law. Particularly have I been impressed by his concern for the people of his community.

In my opinion, he will be a fine public servant. He is thoroughly familiar with the operation of the clerk’s office and will be able to use his legal expertise in court matters. I hope the people of Franklin and Southampton County will see fit to support him in the Nov. 6 general election.
