How’s business: I love my job and love waking each morning to come to work. Every day is great, as long as I help someone and learn something.

One thing you wish everyone knew about your business: We are free. Our knowledge and experience is free — the only “service charge” we have is for airline tickets only because the airlines don’t pay us anymore. But the prices are the same and we save clients time and money plus are able to offer our expertise.

Something you offer that a customer won’t find elsewhere: A smile, good customer service and I have great employees who love their job, too.
