FRANKLIN—Rhonda Carol Andrews and Steven Edward Stewart were married Saturday, July 28, in an evening ceremony in Virginia Beach.

The bride is the daughter of Judy Culberson of Santa Fe, Tenn., and Ronald Andrews of Athens, Ala. She is a graduate of the University of North Alabama with a bachelor of science degree in nursing.

The groom is the son of the Rev. and Mrs. E.L. Stewart of McComb, Miss.

He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a bachelor of science degree in journalism.

The couple is making their home in Franklin, where the groom is publisher of The Tidewater News. The bride is director of case management at Southside Regional Medical Center in Petersburg.
