WINDSOR—Virginia McMillon Armstrong, 69, widow of Alton J. Armstrong, died Oct. 2, 2007.

Survivors include her four daughters, Virginia McCready, Linda Shifflett, Susan Munford and Deborah Gray; two sisters, Gladys Clifton and Mary Luther; a brother, Robert McMillion; ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A funeral will be held 2 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Wright Funeral Home, Franklin.

Interment will follow in Southampton Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Friday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home. www.wrightfuneralhome.org
