SUFFOLK—Julia Ann Willey, 55,, died Sept. 29, 2007.

She was born in Poplar Bluff, Mo. She was a bookkeeper for Farm Fresh in Smithfield.

Survivors include her husband, Richard Arthur Willey of Suffolk; mother and father, Elizabeth Lackey Boyers and Chester Herschel Boyers II of Windsor; daughters and son-in-law, Erin B. and William Nowell of Windsor and Becky R. Buppert of Conway, N.C.; son, Joseph P. Boyers of Suffolk; sister, Susan Stahl of Arizona; brothers, Chester H. Boyers III of Germany, Tommy J. Boyers of Kannapolis, N.C., Raymond A. Boyers of Windsor and Ronald B. Boyers of Smithfield; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held Tuesday at Parr Funeral Home with the Rev. Frank A. Seal officiating.
