WINDSOR—Mr. and Mrs. Rossie Brock Jr. of Windsor announce the engagement of their son, Matthew Brock, to Natalie Blanchard, daughter of John Blanchard of Cheshire, Conn., and Susan Blanchard of Hamden, Conn.

Brock, a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College, is a financial director adviser at Ameriprise Financial in Gaithersburg, Md.

Blanchard, a graduate of Penn State University, is a business affairs negotiator at Discovery Communications in Silver Spring, Md.
